MundoGEO, DroneShow, and SpaceBR Show consolidate to become one of the most important tech fairs on the globe. The event is the biggest in the world to bring together drone, geotechnology, and space sectors at the same location. It expects to grow in the coming years with the addition of mobile robotics, eVTOL, and larger venues to promote business between exhibitors, visitors, and participants in courses, forums and seminars.The 2023 edition confirmed the DroneShow as one of the most important technology events in the entire world. The 2023 edition of the DroneShow, MundoGEO Connect and SpaceBR Show has been consolidated as one of the world's most important technology events.The event, organized by MundoGEO, took place over three days, May of this year. It brought together 5,700 people from 33 different countries, and 120 exhibitors, at the Frei Caneca convention center in Sao Paulo. The event was so successful that it will be held again in 2024 at Expo Center Norte - a larger venue in Sao Paulo - between May 21 to 23.In recent years the growth of the event was constant, with even better results than before the pandemic. In 2019, there were 3,800 attendees and 80 exhibitors. This number was already exceeded in 2022 (4,200 participants and 84) and again this year. In 2020 and 2021, the editions took place in an online-only format.Sectors integratedThis leap was made possible by the inclusion of the space sector in the event, which already brought together drone companies, experts and public entities. SpaceBR Show began in 2021, with only online seminar. In the following year, when the face-toface fair was resumed, the program and physical environment could be fully integrated.It is one event, despite the three names to cater for specific markets. This event takes advantage of synergies and connections across sectors. It is not possible to separate drones, space products and services from geotechnologies. Exhibitors and visitors both benefit from integrating these technologies."This decision (to integrate the space industry) was extremely right, as they all are.
