The impressive concourse at Switzerland's biggest train station was transformed for four weeks into a sparkling world of Christmas smells, sweets and savory snacks, original gift suggestions and the chocolateiest Christmas Tree of all time.Christkindlimarkt brought Advent dreams to life with over 100 beautifully decorated and elaborately decorated market houses. Lindt & Sprungli, our new partner, creates the spectacular Christmas tree. The red and gold tree glowed in the station's time-honoured hall, and it was filled with sweet surprises to make this pre-Christmas season irresistible.Many visitors from Zurich, and around the world, got into the Christmas spirit under the brilliant sea of lights. They enjoyed the magical atmosphere. Once again, the spectacular viewing platforms were a highlight. The excitement lasted online right up until the very last moment: our guests this year voted for the best market house.
